Robert Eldridge-
Service Writer

Robert is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, hailing from Oquawka, Illinois. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Robert has worn many hats service advisor, parts advisor, and auto body advisor, making him well-rounded in his field. Throughout his career, he has supervised a myriad of complex repairs, including engine replacements and developed a keen expertise in extended warranties.

Robert's extensive knowledge and experience have made him a trusted advisor, particularly in his roles with major automotive brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep.

After moving from Illinois, Robert has continued to use his vast expertise to benefit customers. His dedication to the automotive industry is unwavering.

Carrie, a dynamic professional originally from Los Angeles, California, made a life-changing move to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2010. With an extensive background in the automotive industry, her career spans various roles including business development, internet sales, floor sales, and management. Driven by a desire to broaden her expertise, Carrie joined Cherry Grove Automotive to gain experience on the fixed operations side. She began her journey there as a service advisor and through her dedication and adept skill set, she ascended to the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development, as well as Social Media Manager.

Carrie has worked with major automotive brands including Honda and Chevrolet, gaining years of hands-on experience and a sharp understanding of what customers want and expect from the Automotive industry. First and foremost, she believes in honest communication, dependable service, consistent results and integrity. Carrie values long-term relationships with customers and takes pride in earning their trust through honesty and follow-through.
